Exchange & Return Policy

Returns:
We do not accept returns, except in the rare event of receiving a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, video proof must be provided for verification.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and with tags intact.

  • To initiate an exchange, please share three clear images of the product for verification.

  • An exchange will be processed only if approved by the Shringarika team.

  • Please note: No store credit or return will be provided under any circumstances.

Size Concerns:
Since our products come with suitable margins, size-related exchanges are not applicable.

Shipping Charges:
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, unless the exchange is required due to an error on our part.

Exclusions:

  • Sale items

  • Customized pieces
    are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
